Welcome to BS4CL Africa, a bold & collaborative movement driving the future of climate-conscious leadership across the continent. This brings together pioneering research, breakthrough innovation and influential thought leadership to empower Africa’s current & emerging business leaders. Our mission is to equip them with the skills, mindsets and strategic foresight needed to lead with confidence in a world reshaped by the climate crisis.
Our project brings together six prestigious African business schools in a shared mission to generate, disseminate, and amplify evidence-based research, actionable insights, and thought leadership for corporate executives, students, educators, and policymakers who are at the forefront of driving the climate transition.
These schools, which launched their alliance ahead of COP27 in Egypt in 2022, are committed to sustainability and to integrating eco-friendly practices into business.
Business schools across Africa are uniting with purpose; taking intentional and coordinated action to shape the next generation of climate-conscious leaders.
As the founding members, we recognise our responsibility to lead by example and accelerate responsible business practices across the continent. Through collaboration, shared learning and a commitment to the principles of PRME, we aim to inspire meaningful change that supports a more just, inclusive and sustainable future for Africa and the world.
